0) Stop worrying about PageRank and Alexa Rank. The have nothing to do with anything. They're just numbers the wannabes use.
1) You seem to be using an old, outdated script which leads to an old, outdated-looking site. People tend to link more organically to things that look fresh, new, and most importantly show the concept of the site. These are the traffic-generating kind of organic links you should be seeking.
2) Try to give listings like this one more billing.

That's the kind of stuff that polarizes people, creates debate and discussion and promotes your site (any news is good news and all that.)
3) On the same page, look at fixing up your titles so that they reflect the listings themselves. That way, you can potentially pick up long tail traffic to your subpages.
4) You have two domain names that appear to promote the same thing. Consolidate. Consolidation is your friend.
5) Ignore most of the other advice you're about to receive: "get more backlinks", "submit a sitemap", etc.
