Madlib spam is also unique content, but Google knows how to identify it as madlib spam and ban it from their index. Anyway being unique doesn't mean it's allowed. Google says don't let your search results be indexed. Visit Matt Cutts blog.
And even putting that aside, because realistically it will take Google 3 or 4 months to realize what's going on and ban your domain, what are you going to get out of it for those 3 or 4 months?
Your black hat pages won't have any inbound links. Any keywords on that new page, you'll be outranked for. Unless your script makes up words like ljkljdafopahgladjgdlajg. But who's going to search for ljkljdafopahgladjgdlajg?
Where do these search results you want to stuff into these new pages come from? If you scrape Google's results that's a double whammy for violating another section of their TOS. Plus it's going to pull down bits of data that come up in some kind of search, which really aren't even unique because you're searching something to find them.
This was at the bottom of a spam email I got. It's a bunch of madlib spam to get past the spam filter by having "content" ( fake content) instead of mentioning blue pills someone wants to sell me. Read it, and tell me if you would index a page like this if you were Google?
