i was doing hard seo Techniques, with all normal seo method/secret that i combinded, and the results is 1 millions plus links under 20 days

google crawl everyday, by looking at the statuts that google crawl more then 40 to 50 links a day ( included old and fresh links )

after these hard promotion im really getting lazy, i would like to get more and more links...but there is a limit .. hahaha

It seems like someone just trying to get hits to their website/forum.

I doubt the person will get PR10 with that advertising technique and the invalid markup.

PR is simply about links.
It has nothing to do with advertising techniques or mark up.

Just as long as they can spam forums & blogs to get links, it will get PR. But of course as the majority of the links will likely be deleted, it will be a LOT longer than a year.

It's kind of sad what the search engines have turned the web into by focusing on links and also analyzing page content. You end up with so many sites that are "optimized" but hardly make any sense ranking ahead of sites that push genuine, useful content. I suppose that's why they started the whole link eval process, but now that gets gamed too. Even PPC advertising is getting overrun by affiliate links. Is it ever going to get better?

That made me smile! How naive to think that looking at a page's content and also recommendations from other people (links) are a good way of assessing whether a page is a good match to a particular search query. Do you know of a better way?

Search engines haven't turned the internet into anything. But the internet has been and is being shaped by peoples' response to search engines and what they can get out of them. Greedy webmasters pursuing their own selfish aims at the expense of corrupting search engine results have saturated the internet with crap (I know it's not all like that

All joking aside, I don't. Google's formula got gamed, but it's a good one. Even taking into account the reliability of everyone who recommends something. That's more or less how people work. That's probably why on the whole Google is giving better answers than MSN, who ranks sites on whether they get hosted on Microsoft products. (That's a joke, people.)
