I know a website that has well seo tech should has a good domain which include the keyword.
And have a well script,also need use some hx and "b" or "strong"
But about the whole website,i don't know how to make it.

Google is extremely sophisticated - simple tricks like using or won't guarantee you a good ranking.

Look at the wider picture. Your site seems to provide quite a lot of interesting and unique content, but your domain name is hardly easy to remember! People are less likely to return if they can't remember the web address. Improving the site layout and look might also help too.

Agree this tags and strong doesn't guarantee to good ranking...

text anchor,site relevancy and quality links...

When you choose a domain for your site, you should pick one of two options:
#1 - Domain name that have your main keywords
#2 - Make a "brand" name. Something catchy and easy to remember.

Regarding tags..you already got the answer

Total right i belive try and get a domain that matches your main keyword as this will 80% get you in to the top 10 for that keyword(domain)

Looks a good site so you have content
