So I was curious, what's some good suggestions on ways to bring more people to my website. It's a music band fansite also.

Also how do you get your website higher in google's search when your name is searched in google?

You could start by submitting your website to those free directory : 200 or so free non-reciprocal directories you can list in.

www.vietnow.org ~ It's still being re-constructed as you can see...most work is in tour section.
