Hi,

I was wondering what your opinion is about the best places to put keywords on a site? Does it matter where in the heading it is placed, or should it always be the first word? What about in paragraphs. Is it best to use your keywords first?

it depends on what kind of paragraph you will write. Just don't stuff keywords.

Do the following and all will turn out fine.
Keyword in:
Title
First paragraph
Elsewhere in article
In one external link
In one internal link (i.e. to other article on your site)
