What is the free most traffic getting method? am using Paid ads or paid PPC programs.

Unique content will help a new site begin to slowly attract a small trickle of search engine visitors. You could kick start the process by joining a few directories. This will give you a little bit of diversity of traffic.

Then start networking with people who have similar interests to you. Let webmasters in the UK know about your forum and the UK specific issues that are tackled there. People who like it will stick around, and if it grows they'll help spread word of mouth.

You can get traffic from the social media, join and write about your site. Directories, Articles Blogs are also good ways to get traffic.

You can't get lots of traffic to your site by Unique Content. It may be use full to get rankings in search engine.

Well PPC and paid advertising in general are obviously not free and don't seem to be working for you since you asked this question.

Unique content is link bait and is necessary to maintain a good steady flow of traffic to your site. As Forrest said, submitting to directories can help to kick start it. I can't recommend highly enough becoming a dedicated member of a community though - not only is it fun

but it helps to build up links to your site (i.e. via blog comments - not spamming, but when you are asked to input your web site).

I wouldn't go down the social bookmarking (reciprocal Diggs/Stumbles) route as it tends not to work for commercial purposes and may give out a negative view of your company to visitors - they may see it as spam.
