Google shows description of your website from meta description, but how to make description like this?

Products & Services, Contact, Support, etc. How to put this on our websites description in Google?

They're called sitelinks and the criteria Google use in deciding whether to show them or not is kept under wraps.

Get them by making a hugely popular web site with lots of great content. So much so that Google can't even tell which of your pages is best. The truth is no one knows but if you look at the different sites that get them, that seems to be the trend.
