Hi,
I have a website hotels.expressindia.com, and the data for this website comes from other website [ndiahotelreview.com/

And we pay some money to this website (< link drop removed > ) owner.

Both the website have same structure, only our (hotels.expressindia.com) header and footer are in website and body part is from < link drop removed >

Now google is giving more preference to our website(hotels.expressindia.com), and low pref. to < link drop removed > ,

So website owner (< link drop removed > ) does not want to give us data.

We are doing the good business with this data, and want to continue it.

Please suggest that what we can do so that duplicate website issue could be solved. we have good traffic from search engine.

Waiting for experts suggesion.
