but right now its not in top position,
please view it and give some suggestion regarding this...

Some quick marks about design and fonts using... (I'm using FF 2)

1) At the top text "Web-development and blah blah blah" is out of the border
2) Shadows at the top right corner and at the right side are different
3) At the bottom u r using 10pt while body text is 8pt
4) Look at the background at the bottom of page
5) Using more than 5 different fonts is not a good idea
6) add more whitespace to your page (maybe line-height: 140%?)

You need to build more quality one-way backlinks, using as anchor text the keyword or phrase you are trying to rank for in search engines. This would be the next logical step.

Do you have any high-quality clients who would be willing to put a "Site design by BrainPulse" or similar link on their site? You might also consider a less inflammatory term than "offshore," which has a somewhat negative connotation in the English language. Try "outsourcing" or something like that, because the term "offshore" may not inspire feelings that your company is reputable. If someone sees that word in Google, they may not click.
