I have many keywords for my web site.
As I know if I will put all of them on main page and some of them won't be showen in content I can get "bad grade" from google..
A question is .. How to do it best?

for example...

I have category protein snacks.
on main page I want to put keyword:
protein snacks.

and in "protein snacks" category I want to put all other keywords:

protein,
high protein,
protein bars,
protein powder,
protein shakes,
protein mixes,

will it be fine?
will I able this way "submit" all 20 categories with different keyword on google and get some ranking on them?

Please advise...
Best Regards!

In my opinion, don't just stick on the word protein, try adding healthy foods on your keywords, this will help to further your site more in SE.

You DO NOT put ALL you keywords into the "home" page
And what on earth does

Create pages that target 2 or 3 PHRASES each.

And you don't "submit" anything to google, you get links and google finds you.

Very correctly said here. Once you increase number of keywords per page you will lose your time.
The best - have one page for one keyword, but this depends on web site type.

the best is most definitely NOT one page for one keyword.

Your copy will look like it has been written by a semi-trained chimpanzee without access to a dictionary!

on what I know, adding those keywords on your meta tags can be called as keyword stuffing.. avoid repeating the keyword "protein"..
instead of adding those keywords you can do this one..
protein, high, bars, powder, shakes, mixes, ....
On that way, search engine will know that your site are about protein with other subcategories..

Then, there is no need you submitting all 20 categories with different keyword on google. Get quality links sure google will find you.

I have sunshop shopping cart system..
I can generate static pages on all products and categories.
each category I can modify with different meta tags..

right now my categories not crawled yet, only homepage.
do I neeed any "keyword" "connection" between homepage and categories?
like on homepage: protein snacks (in meta tags).. and in protein snacks category: high protein (in meta tags) + optimized content for keywords.?

Forget "keyword stuffing" it simply doesn't exist. You won't anywhere close to the kind of thing that you would get a site penalised.

The only thing likely to happen is that you reduce the risk of your site actually making a sale.
Yes I did say risk of making a sale, because with the advice that many "experts" churn out, they seem to be deliberately aiming for a low a conversion rate as possible.

I can't comment on your site specifically as I have no idea what it is.
But as for NOT being specific about keyphrases is ludicrous, if you sell "high protein bars" then say that.

Forget meta tags, whatever you put in there is going to do somewhere between nothing at all and very little. The ability to edit page titles and body content is what you need most of all, unique meta description is useful to have, with meta keywords coming very low on the list.
