Hello my website is PR2 and its forum is PR2. It used to be as high as PR5 before i starting chopping and changing the frontpage software etc. I want to start getting some backlinks again as 80% of our old partners have gave up on us. I have made a list of websites from PR1 to PR6. What's my best way to move forward? Can i only ask the sites PR1 and 2 for a link exchange the now? Do i have to wait till i get a better PR before asking the PR3+ sites?

You can do whatever you want cause you never know...ask everyone who is possible for link exchange

Lol thanks very much Chris. I like that way of thinking. Thanks also displayforless. So i just send them all nice emails asking for a link exchange. I can put some on the frontpage and some in the forum. Aye thats kust what i'll go and do. thanks chaps

I think getting 10 one way links is far more valuable than getting 100 link exchanges. Look for other link building methods to gain back links!

You don't need waiting for high PR before exchanging with higher PR sites, if the niche is related and you've gotten a unique content higher PR sites will link with you.
