Hi.
We all know .edu link is trustable by search engine.
my question is why these .edu link didn't get catched & indexed by google,yahoo...
part of the list shown below:

There are inherent issues with each of the links that you posted.

The links are subdomains and each link has more than one paramter. The pages you specified also probably aren't linked to very well on the sites if at all.

The question you really need to ask is why would a visitor want to land on any of the pages that you listed. There is no value just a waste of time.

I believe .edu links doesn't have something to do with your rankings or rather help you boost your rankings. Focus more on getting quality and relevant links.

The primary issue of those pages is they are full of spam links. The subdomains and parameter counts, are beside the point. Besides, many subdomain pages with lots of parameters rank very well.

I really don't like the direction this thread is taking

I am not sure why you pulled my post out to make some type of example. I feel like my response was more to the point than even yours.

If you read the initial question it is in regards to why the pages did not get cached Not why these pages didn't rank well. I think in reality there are probably more pages filled with spam links that are indexed than any other type of page.

I think you are a bit off base with an argument towards me. I did not state that pages with subdomains and parameters could not rank well. However I will say that this is more of a reason for the pages not being cached than spam links.

The pages are buried deep and for all I know could be "no followed" or restricted with a .txt file. Truth is there could be many reasons why the pages might not be indexed. If it was a real issue I would have spent more time researching it myself but as I clearly pointed out.

This was my pointing out the issue of these specific pages having no value. I would assume that people could interpret this issue would be because of the spam links that you mentioned.

I'm not sure what you’re trying to say when you talk about the direction of this thread. If you are directly referring to my comment I don't think you read it very clearly or you didn't fully read the thread topic.

I was not trying to argue with you but, trying to say, I think the primary reason is the spammy pages and that the other reasons just have so much less weight that they don't matter. The pages are all practically duplicates and contain links to just about everything that would get trapped by an email spam filter.

I really think both of our arguments point to the same overall issue. The leason that people need to learn is "visitor experience".

This is the most important thing to remember when building links or webpages. The easiest thing to do is ask yourself, if you landed on this page how would it look to you and how can you improve this to make the visitor experience better. Is this a page that people will only land on by accident? or do people want to come back and visit again because it provided some type of value.

Try and build links and pages for people and not robots. If you do this well enough you will see that the cream always rises to the top.

This is difficult to stick to from an SEO perspective but it will prove to be the path to long term success.
