If I have a site with full of unrelated back links( not even single link), it is on the position say 200 on google , Then I deleted all the link, weather my link position will be increase or decrease.

Yes, I'm serious. My friend has a site, with lot of unrelated links, also with related links but no back links from them. So I delete all those links, What will happen, the result page rank will be increase or decrease ?

A week, 2 weeks, maybe a month, could be longer. Or, nothing at all will happen.

a basic guide to a testing time scale.

1/ Monitor and document all SE crawler visits.
2/ Monitor and document any fluctuations in traffic
do the above for at least a month BEFORE the changes are made

3/ Document the date and the details of the changes.

repeat steps 1 & 2 for at LEAST a month, but plan to leave it alone for 3 months.

IF any changes are noted that have not returned back to pre step 3 levels then;
4/ Return the pages to their original state and repeat from step 3/

Rinse and repeat until a definite trend is identifiable.

he is doing Optimization for this website. He needs to change the link or add new link. You telling that do not made any change while monitor. How can he?

if you are not satisfied with backlinks..delete them...but what you are going to do than? are you planning to have not such backlinks at all.
i guess, you know that you need backlinks to survive.

Two choices:

Either handle SEO PROPERLY!!!!

or play at it with "link exchanging", "social media optimisation", "blog ~~spamming~~ submissions" and other such futile time wasting activities!

The irrelevant links are draining your web rank. Even those related ones if they are not adding value to your readers and to your site's content. So remove them and try and get quality back links instead. Your site may see a better ranking.

Why?

This obsession with backlinks is unhealthy and unproductive. Especially, as he mentioned in the first post, they are from unrelated pages.
