NONE of you would know a good link if it was labelled in a very large font that said "This is a good link to have"

Stick to building your spammy networks of interlinked mini-blogs and leave SEO to people who can really understand it!

To answer your question, air conditioning were distant relations of real estate. They are very distant relations though and they don't see each other very often since they live about 500 miles apart. Real estate is hoping to move nearer to air conditioning soon so they can get to know each other better.

Ummm maybe you should realise that link exchanges don't work anymore and that you should create a site that people will naturally recommend (i.e. by providing a good service or having good content), rather than messing with pointless link exchanges that don't work!

links to your site may be of SE value or not, you might even strike lucky and accidentally get one that sends real visitors.
