I have recently come to confusion about the keywords. Please explain me.

There is no difference b/w these keywords. Both are same. Both gives the same results when you put these into search bar.

One has a capital letter so would be a "proper noun" as a name of something.
The other is a "common noun" and would be a reference to something.

Then explain me.

Search for "business solution" >>>>> the 100th result will be www.aspbusinesssolution.com

Again search for "Business solution" >>>> see the 100th result it will be different as of "business solution" result?

How?

Not for it isn't both results are identical, and that site is somewhere round about 60

FORGET RANK CHECKING!!! it is a futile exercise.
It will possibly be different each time you check.

what do u mean??

You are asking about Keyword format Or u r asking that u r taking Business as a keyword for your webpage.

Here are the answers:
There is no difference betwwen: "Business" or "business"
But you shud go "Business" format. Ist letter shud be Capital looks sensible.

And second answer if you are gping to take "Business" as a keyword then i wud say it is word not a keyword. U can't ranking for this word.

Yes and we all should take advice from someone who cannot even write a post correctly.

A prime example of why you should NOT "outsource" your copy writing.

if what you are referring to is how the spider will read it... the best thing is spiders are not case-sensitive... what you must put your attention to is in how you will be using stop words and separators...

Just have to say, I have been looking through a number of the SEO threads and have just managed to pick my self up off the floor laughing...

You can tell who are the people who actually know what they are talking about just by scanning the threads (you guys know who you are) not claiming I know a lot but gee gods, some of these posts make me look like a guru and the little experience I have had look like a career move!

You should make it a habit capitalizing the first letter.

Why?

And if you think it's important why is your signature all in lower case?
