Gotta love this guy/gal...

Really if I could get a dollar everytime someone says inbound links from "bad neighborhoods" are bad for your ranking/site I could now retire. And I am not really that long in this game and still have a lot to learn. I think we might wanna open a thread with all the biggest webmaster myths exposed or something.

I would send a thank you note this linkspammer or whoever he is. He's saving you a bit of time building links, all the while thinking he's harming your site.

Google owes you a #1 listing cause you followed all their rules.

Incoming links are a part of SEO and can help your site if done correctly (using the appropriate anchor text), but don't worry about the neutral links that are of no value.
