For you guys that have more or less completed sites, what do you mean exactly by "spending 30 mins every two weeks on SEO"? I mean what kind of things do you do? Submit your site to more directories? Submit a few more articles? Establish more links?
All I do is optimize my site at lanuch and then just get links out after that as much as possible.
Yup, same here mate. After that is sit back and wait for results.

If my rankings are down, I look into why they went down. Did a competitor build up links or something? Then I d o the same and continue the process every two weeks.
