part of getting traffic is good content as we all know, so i thought that having up to date new on my site would be helpful and possably and incentive for users to return...but i'm not wanting to update the news every day...
so what im asking is, is there any decent, free news feeds out there that automatically update, news on my site?

EDIT: not trying to be lazy by not updating, will be used in conjunction with unique content
