I haven't noticed any negative or positive changes since the last update. Though I have a friend who just got slammed in SERPs today. Without any major changes to his site (a PR7 educational site) on terms he has been ranking on the first page with for the past 3-4 years, he's now slipped 5-6 pages back.
Google has been sort of a mess for awhile.

I've found other results that are just as they've been since the june 27th update - so it's not an entire roll back. But I still see that all the sites I've worked with in some way or another have gained their pre-june 27th rankings back.
I'm looking forward to see if the rankings remain so for a while...
I still see Google smoking crack when it comes to the site: search. On datacenters the results are great, while on Google.com there in da pits. Example. This is a site that got the site: bug on June 27th.

Well, as stefanjuhl said, we aren't talking about PR. But if we had been, then yes, PR does pay people who sell text links. If your site goes from a PR5 to a PR4, for example, you won't be able to sell links for as much money.
