I have a site Analyticinsight.com It had been up for a while now and I have also submitted to Google Sitemap.

So far it just says

Sorry, no information is available for the URL analyticinsight.com

I have another site that is launched later than this site and it is already in the index.

I have adsense on it and it gets a few cents once in a while.

Is it being banned? How to get it included?

It seems likely that your site is banned or it just hasn't been crawled yet. Can you give us a bit more info on the site? What have your seo strategies been for it so far?

The site is young so either google hasn't found it, using google sitemaps would solve that prob. You also have hardly any backlinks so try getting quality backlinks. But no more than 100 per month, maybe 50. Make better use of your meta tags, make then keyword rich and dymanic. Very importantly change your page titles. I have seen huge success with my sites by making the titles unique and dynamic.

Nothing much in terms of SEO yet, just linked to it from my other existing sites which is what I do for all my other sites.

These are the reason why I suspect it was banned because usually I get indexed very soon from google using the same strategy with all my sites.

1. One site which was started together with it was indexed even though I had not put any content in it yet.

2. Another site which was started much later than it had already been index.

3. I used the same methods for all of them and use sitemap

I wanted to submit a reinclusion but I do not want to declared that I have violated any terms because I have not! (As far as I know)

Is there anyway to know?

I don't think it is necessarily banned.. just hasnt had the time..

Have you checked it on MSN and Yahoo? For some reason these other sites index when Google doesn't...

??? that's not true...

But as for your site; it can differ from site to site how fast it gets indexed... if you haven't got duplicate content, aren't spamming etc. etc. you most probably aren't banned
give it some more time, and in the meanwhile.. get links from other sites as well

I could be wrong but with a Google toolbar doesn't a banned site have a grey bar not white. That used to be the designation.

I might as well be banned by Google. It's a joke the amount of traffic they send me compared to Yahoo and MSN.

Congrats on getting listed! If you don't have it already, you should publish a Google Sitemap to keep track of how you're being indexed and fix any potential problems -- there's a quick plugin for Wordpress to publish one (I would post the URL but i'm not allowed, it's called the Google Sitemap Generator).
