Did you add fresh content to your site? Fresh content sometimes gets up in the SERPs for a week or so and then slowly fades to the bottom (depending on the CTR, I guess)

That link took me to a developed sites for sale link that I couldn't read the page as wasn't a member of that forum... so its possible people came from that one ... which could explain some of the traffic, but not all.

I had this when someone submitted me to Digg, but it a few people blogged about it so I still get some traffic from those blogs

This could have been it, because a friend of mine was putting up some new content, and BOOM later that day she went from getting about 50 - 100 new visitors a day to 200 - 300 a day, but it only lasted about 3 days, in the middle of the week. It also made her site jump about 10,000 in the alexa rating. She was happy with that, until of course, it went back down to being what it usually is.

So in my opinion if you did add fresh contect to your site, then that was probably it. Fresh content is always a good way of getting a rush of traffic to ones site, its getting them to come back that can sometimes be a challange.
