and when i mean alot im talking 500k at a time if possible. i know there are alot of people out there that know and if you dont want to post it PM me. ive asked a few of the big earners but it seems no one likes to give up one of theyre lower secrets. i know thats how it works but cant anyone point m e in the right direction?

i need to advertise 2 sites. an arcade site and a myspace site.

Good JV in your niche (+ make sure to have a nice newsletter to glue the one time visitors and covert them into loyal visitors)

Good ranks. But good ranks is not an easy task. But possible. All efforts depend upon the niche, your keyword and how you play with it.

I don't think there is any secret. There are only a few options to advertise to that many people. You could spend a crazy amount of money for ads on Yahoo or another mega site, you could work at SEO/SEM and slowly build up a site over time, or you can make somthing that is viral (remember the numa numa dance?) although that is largely luck if it catches on or not.
