$7.49 for 24hours access to wordtracker is not a lot of money. Why don't you set aside a day to do some keyword research. You could easily get the keyword research for several small sites or one or two medium sized sites done in that time.

Could someone sum up everything in the video about SEO? I got bored when he kept talking about buttons, and i fast forwarded it and didn't see much.

It is a good video. I recommend watching it. The part about invluding a phone number into sales copy was a sueful tip.
