I assume it's just homepage which is complete flash, as it will get really difficult to edit internal pages in flash later.
For the search engines, there are both white hat and black hat things you can do to get this site indexed.
Some of the white hats are:
* Make a sitemap, place a link outside flash.
* Build links for some other page instead of homepage and let search engines enter from there.
* Add meta description tag so they at least have something.
* Use frames and make good use of <NOFRAME> tag. flash with frames and SE indexing here. The frame technique there is tested.
If you use this, please copy paste text in flash as it is, without changing or adding keywords.

Black hats: (not recommended.)

* Server side redirects, not java.

Nothing can beat this. But if you get caught, out you go.
Search engines will not detect this, but some frustrated competitor will, (who doesn't have anything to do, but some free spam catching), and report on matt cutts blog.
Bye

One thing that is not commonly covered is that Google states they CAN index Flash. They just dont go around telling how they do it, but flash files are listed in the same group of pdf's, word docs, etc....
I suspect they read the html that is in flash files (like in text areas).
the little (very very little) blackhat in me says you could probably do something towards that using a hidden text file (something bellow the layers).
But I am not sure.
Just my 2 cents.

I do have flash content that google has crawled. They have extracted text from some of that content and will continue to get better at it. I am not saying that it justifies killing your site with pure flash though. Myself. I would rather deliver alternate content to users without flash installed and for those who have to make use of screen readers.

Here is a link with a little information... the SDK is fun to play with and might spark some ideas.

is BlueHat SEO. Definetly worth a read, and will probably inspire some new project that is going to take up some of your valuable time.
