If u ever decide to manually go to the top search engines and get your site added for it to crawl you will be as pissedd of as i am .websites allow u to enter all your information and then when u are at the last stage , they ask u for a payment .arrrgh.The slow and painful way is to do it one by one manually and that too some top search engines dont allow that without a payment anymore.

I agree too! Search engines automatically index sites anyway... there's no need to submit. Concentrate on optimizing content and backlinks. :yes:

Dont submit to search engines they will find you... Think of submitting to directories instead... and one more thing never ever do automated submissions...

I managed to get 457 pages indexed by Google in under 2 days just from backlinks (it was a newly registered domain with no backlinks before all the articles were finished being written).
