Hey guys - I hope someone can help me with this!

I am trying to export email addresses in order to import them into Aweber. The way vB spits them out is this format:

email email email email email

What I need to get them into Aweber is:

email
email
email
email

How can I do that?

Also, I can only import 2,000 per day (this will take FOREVER, so I am hoping that there is another way if I contact them about it), so how can I break the list down to make sure I import each one only once? I could do this in Excel by using the row numbers, but I am not sure how to get the list into Excel with the proper formatting.

I do it like this when I do the same thing:

In vB you can choose what character you want to seperate each email address with. You can't use breakline though. But I use a , (comma) to seperate the addresses. And then I copy everything into Dreamweaver. And there I use the Find and Replace tool. I then choose to replace , with a <br>. And then you got all the emails on a seperate line.
