7search and Goclick are not the best PPC engines to use. Try MSN adCenter, it is still cheap (compared to Google and Yahoo) and the conversion rate can be as good or better.

Msnadcenter min. bid is 10 cents or 5 cents and if your budget is low it is not recommended

If you are running a forum, PPC is not recommended in general. 5-10 cents min. bid is not bad when you are using a search engine that actually gets traffic. Any PPC engine out of the Big 3 (Google, Yahoo and MSN) is a waste of your time.

Unless your forum is about a VERY specific issue (health condition, etc), I'd avoid traditional search engine PPC and put my money into banner advertising and link purchases instead.
