hello to everyone. I have a brand new site and i was wondering how can i promote it in Google or yahoo (how can i gain PR)? Also i wanted to ask about a tip i received yesterday from another webmaster. He mentioned something about a new type of link building software called rank1.info. He claims it will bring me hundreds of quality backlinks to any page I pominate. Has anyone heard of it, is it good, and will it help me in some way? I'm new to these things and i hope I'll get your advice.

What sort of niche is your site about? Depending on the type of site, you can build links up by talking with fellow webmasters in the same field. Make sure to have proper keywords, proper meta descriptions, pages coded cleanly and concisely, etc.

I am not sure about the rank1.info, but I also am curious about this if any one has any more information?

Are you just advertising for rank1.info? Because when I put the following into Google...

"He mentioned something about a new type of link building software called rank1.info"

I get 29 results of the same post you made above on other SEO forums all under different usernames, all with low post counts. One of the public profiles for this person says their name is "Ivan"...not Sarah. Other usernames like "justin" suggest that you are not a "Sarah". So are you just creatively touting your own site or did someone pay you to make these posts? Because either way this is not legit.

Also curious that the two links in your post are to sites registered by different people in different countries, neither of which is the country you claim to be in.
