Make the same post in as many webmaster forums as you can find to drive traffic to the links in your signature. Hows that working out for you?

I have heard about aritcle submission services that you can subscribe to. Do any of those work for mass submissions like you suggested above?

If you are looking forward for mass submission of the article in different submission sites then probably you should choose them manually according to their quality and that should work well for you.
