Suppose i have 2 sites on a single ip address now
i make a link on another site for my first site and link it from my 2nd site to it

Because 2 sites are on same ip address , will it be count as a reciprocal link or not ?

From what I know, no, it won't count as reciprocal.

Just don't take my word for it

Reciprocal, no. 3-way, yes. Especially since 2 of the 3 sites are on the same IP.

What Google would say is "If the linking relationship is relevant and provides real value to the user, then go ahead. If you doing it for rankings, don't."

I would advice to acquire natural one way relevant links as much as possible as they have the best value as per the search engine.
