Do you mean the PR on the google toolbar or pagerank as far as where your position is in search results?

PR on the google toolbar will grow as your links to your website grow, regardless of flash or not.

Position in search results will be a little more difficult to achieve because the search engines have no text to compare relevancy on a full flash site, links will help boost your ranking but with no text the true content of your site is unknown to the search engines...

My advice - you have two different routes you can take
1) Stick with full flash, build a massive amount of RELEVANT links.... now.. here is something to consider, however I would never do it but I know that there are many full flash sites out there who are doings this and attaining high rankings - its called cloaking (again, I am just giving you this information for knowledge sake, I would NOT RECOMMEND DOING THIS ) - basically yyou create an exact copy of your site that is in html format, then, you find a service that tracks google spider Ip address, you service the HTML version to the google spiders and the flash version to your average visitors. Let me say it one more time tho, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING THIS - google frowns upon this, you can easily get BANNED from the search engines for doing, however it is an option

2) Redo your site in full html, if you really want to rank high its going to be a lot easier to do it with spiderable content and text on your site. Full flash sites suck, bottom line, unless you have huge brand recognition and do not care about ranking high - otherwise drop the flash, go full html, you can add a little flash but full flash never has been the SEO way to do a site and never will be, bottom line....

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have more questions.

Thanks

Loren

You can also have alternate content so that if someone doesn't have flash then they get the alternate html information. Works for search engines too as I have done it for some commercial client web sites.

Heres an example bit of code that I used with the swfobject.

Code:
<div style="position:static;z-index:0;" id="flashobject"><img src="images/sample.jpg" name="" width="765" height="320" class="homeImagePanel" /></div>
  <script type="text/javascript">
		var so = new SWFObject("preloader.swf", "flashobject", "765", "323", "8", "#cccccc");
		so.addVariable("quality", "best");
		so.addParam("wmode", "transparent");
		so.write("flashobject");
  </script></div>
In this example I just had an image display instead of the flash content but there is no reason why you can't have a chunk of html. I guess you could say it's kind of like cloaking in a way but it is widely used in the web design industry and I've yet to hear of anyone being banned using it.

I'm not sure if cloaking is done at a large scale in the web design industry but I'm sure that if you cloak you are playing with fire and there are high chances that Google will ban your site for that. Go with the ethical ways of SEO for long run IMHO.
