By just commenting on Do follow blogs you can start to build backlinks to your site. When you comment on relevant DoFollow blog, your SERPs will increase.

DOFollow blogs are blogs that give you a backlink just for commenting at them.

You can search do follow blogs related to your site/blog using,
BacklinkSpot - Search! Comment! Get Backlinks!

The more comments you do, the more backlinks you'll get.
Remember not to do spam comments! If you do comment spam your comment will be deleted by the blog owner. Try to add a value to the blog post with your comment!

Nice tool, I like it a lot. I find it hard to get backlinks through blog comments though as most owners that see keyword as your name will probably consider your comment spam and get rid of it.

This is not a way to get backlink to your site with your keyword as anchortext!
This is just to get a one way link! But it is very easy!

I'd suggest leaving valid, constructive comments *without* the anchor text as your name. It still counts as a backlink but at least you will be showing some etiquitte.

Very true! Your comments will say a lot about your site. Keep in mind that there are also potential visits directly form those blogs

sort of usefull site, it pulled a lot of sites that weren't forums for me though on my test searches.

I am interested to see how much one way links count if they are not for your keyword. Im sure with enough of them they will increase ranks on all keywords, but how many would you need?

Ever tried Directory submissions before? Directory submission is the slowest link building method. Your links will be approved quickly if you do paid submissions. Free submissions will be reviewed after weeks. It is the slowest but easy and common strategy used to build links.
