hey, i was wondering
if i own a domain called hmm, lets say..
greenapples.com

will it pop up in google's first page if some one were to search the word

"green apples"

like with a space in between?

No, you need to do SEO and get lots of backlinks. The domain name itself won't assure you a search engine position.

You'll need to build links with the anchor "green apples" and have "green apples" in your title tag.
Depending on how competitive the keywords are, will determine how many back links your need.

Having a domain in your URL is a big plus in SEO. But what matters is how well you optimize for it onpage and offpage.
