I wasn't exactly sure where to post this, but I thought it would be relevant to the SEO conversation.

I would like buy some sites for cheap to fix up an resell. Does anyone know a good place to get good deals on sites that need some TLC?

My first guess was Sitepoint, but I would love to hear your thoughts (I would never sell a site on Sitepoint... but buying is different).

I suppose you could also contact site owners direct and make offers...

Thanks!

-Garrett

There's some awful sales on both, but a gem does crop up occasionally.

Hmmm. Thanks Gary, those sites look a little messy to monitor! But I guess that's the type of place you'd snag a deal...

What about eBay? Is that worth a second thought?
