is market any software or any certified tools regarding Future PR checker..

i don't think there is any software that will let you see anything in the future.

That's why you need the divining rod. Usually it finds water, but on Tuesdays, from 3-6pm, it finds future Page Rank. Incidentally, those are also the same hours when parking rates in front of Google jump 35% percent.
