How can I use SEO to have a high flicker rank for Flowers? What about a Google image search? How can I use SEO to have a high flicker rank for Flowers? All types of flowers not just Roses.

Gotcha. I thought photos are uploaded to Flickr and then the community votes/comments on them. Rankings are then based on that and the photo tags. In which case, I don't see how SEO would have any affect. But I may be wrong.

You can't!!

Unless of course Flickr has become a Search Engine rather than a photo sharing "social media" site.
