I was surfing the net doing my daily SEO research when I came upon this website that guaranteed 1st placement on 40 major search engines, including Google. Not only that, they said it is FREE! I immediately said SCAM! They said that they don't use any blackhat techniques and you will never get banned. Does anyone know if there is some truth to this statement

Think about it. What happens if they take on two clients with the same 40 keywords?

One has to lose.

My guess would be that both lose.

deffinately sounds like a scam to me mate, i maybe new around here but i have heard of many people having bad experiences with sites like the one you mentioned.

what's the point when smaller search engines get their results from bigger SE as Google, Yahoo, Ask...

this is definitely a scam.

Did they say they would get that ranking for your keywords? I can guarantee ranking too if I get to pick the keywords.

And yes I agree with everyone above. This has scam written all over it.

lol! forget 40 major SEs (btw, how can all the SEs out there be all major SEs), even if someone guarantees #1 spot for just google for any competitive term, everyone should smell rat. no one can guarantee 1st place on google for competitve term

LOL - Yeah, they probably can get you first place ranking, for some obscure keyword that no one searches for or is trying to rank for. Like Learning Newbie mentioned on another post, a keyword like "aksjdhfasj oewiufjajdhf aksdjfhasvcuhw"

Have you tried to find out their website if it is in 1st page of Google - I bet they are not in first page. How come they promise for 40 SEs

Moreover, how cares about SEs except Google, Yahoo, MSN .... personally I don't bother other search engines at all!

I have been scammed lot of times with those Scammers. May they burn in hell. You have to be careful with those stuffed plans. No body can guarantee anything unless you have millions of dollars
