So, they are clearly using the microformat data.
The microformat data seems like a great way to help users of search engines. And if it helps users, that means higher quality targeted traffic. This could be good for site owners and our visitors.

it seems that flickr is using microformats as well...
I come first under Yahoo when I research my name and SEO, or my name and Marketing etc....it's always my Linked In profile that shows up too. Same thing under Google.
