what is the best way to submit english website to foreign search engine? Do i need to translate my English web page first? can i just use google's free machine translators online or use a human translator if one can be found?
i think that it doesn't really matter in which language you submit it as the results will be taken out of your site anyways.
if it's a directory then you should translate it, try asking the directory admin, he'll probably do it for free if it's a paid link

My guess is you want more backlinks from the same search engines so you have decided to submit your website under different languages/countries etc....Am i right?
