I was going to suggest running naked though the center of town. Of course if no one notices you then, it could be a big blow to your ego.

The replies you've gotten so far are because of the question you asked. It's too general. Get noticed for what? I'm assuming you mean on the web, but that doesn't narrow it down enough. Do you want to get your website noticed? A product? An article? Give us a little more to work with...
