Keyword stuffing is really a Bad SEO technique. You will not be able to get traffic by keyword stuffing.
There are possibilities that google might Block ur website.
So, I advice you that please stay away from keyword stuffing and concentrate on quality contents.

actually, for me, keyword staffing or spamming is a helpful method for a website to rank in the search engines. but your site might get penalized or banned if SE's found out that your site is guilty of it.
Yah and you wont have any repeat users because no one will read all that **** twice. You need to get your users to your site and keep them their not just get them their. You want lots of return traffic as well not just one time users. I think it is unacceptable and it might get you high serps but nothing else.
with keyword stuffing, there is a greater chance of getting penalized or even banned and probably would have an increase in a sites bounce rate. though he may be able to find some traffic, if the traffic doesn't get the content, chances are he would leave it...
