I do all of the above. I also make sure that I use the alt tag for my images.

I have a website that ranks at or near the top of Google for most keyword search terms and I modified the title, I didn't change the whole title just part of it. Once Google crawled my website, my website rank dropped like a rock. My website could not be found on Google for most keyword search terms after I modified the title. Luckily I was monitering this and as soon as I saw that Google had crawled my website I changed my title back to what I had originally and my high search engine ranking was restored. I didn't make any other changes to my website, just to the title. So there is your answer. This happened about 2 months ago.

According to me good and UNIQUE content is the most important factor after that the domain age is also a big factor.

I totally agree! If you want your visitors to stay long on your site, you have to have fresh and unique content!.. It should interest your visitors..

I would go for Quality content!.. At the end, visitors will be looking for quality content!.. Visitors end up looking for fresh, interesting, and unique content!.. People will be coming back and forth if you have quality content..
