Which SERP ranking factors do you find effect your website(s) the most?

Page Title
Age of Domain
Title Tags (h1, h2 etc.)
Anchor Text of incoming links
Just Good Content
other

Just curious. I know that their are experts who have already ranked these in levels of importance. But in my personal experience I have found that it's different depending on your industry and your competition. Sound off.

It will always be different depending on your competition. No one is aiming at 100 % of what's possible, everyone is aiming at beating their competitors, so that lowers the bar to a different extent depending on who you're competing against.

Everything in SEO depends entirely on what your competition for a keyphrase or keyword has done. If they've done 5 out of 6 of that list, then you've got to do at least 5 out of 6 and do it slightly better to get ahead of them. The order of priority is irrelevant if you ask me.

You need to work everything together to really beef up your ranking. Page title, domain age, headers... only need to be setup once, so once you've picked a good format just stick with it.

You need to keep a steady advertising pace and continue to add content. Adding content is a never ending way to keep a top rank.
