I've spoiled my brother website.
I add his website some flash features (because he asked me).
He checked his site ranking with that ranking tool told and he found his website downgraded in Google.
I must to fix it, but I've no clue how Google works. please help.
Please help

That rank checker violates Google's terms of service. Tell him not to use it.

If you removed the text when you added the Flash, that's what would most likely kill his ranking. Google can't read Flash, so they don't know what it's about, and won't rank it for things they can't verify.
