Hi all,
I have a problem with my ranking report for a url (let's call it url 1). I use the same program to track the rankings as usual. It doesn't grab any rankings for url 1 but when I do manual research, it shows in SEs in first page, for the main domain and the subdomains.
So i though maybe the program is wrong so I tried it with other urls and it works. I tried the url 1 again, nothing. I tried the url 1 with other seo tools like rank checker (with FF) and webbased program but same thing happens. It shows the rankings for any url I type expect url 1.
Does anyone have an idea of why this could happen?
It's annoying because I can't show the client that he is showing unless I do a manual research right now.
I tried to contact his webmaster several times to ask him to add the analytics and webmaster tools codes but he hasn't write me back yet...
 one of those days when everything goes wrong.
