I cannot fin d a clear anwer on this anywhere.

I am using an advertising service that provides a redirect system, when a user clicks a link using this they're redirected to an ads page on the ad sites network, after 10 seconds pass the user is directed automaticaly to the link.

The services is linkbucks.com.

My question is, will this harm anything to do with my seo because I am not directly linking to the sites?

SEO is what you do on a page

But links using an interstitial ad and redirect will NOT add any "SE value" to your pages. So while they probably won't "hurt" they certainly won't help.

I know it's on page, what I'm asking is will it harm anything as far as seo per page.

I have read mixed stories about linking to large sites and simliar, plus the link is going to a page not relevant to the topic of the page, then redirecting to it's original destination.

Sry for confusion

Yes I'm curius on this too..

Using an anylizer with the links on page doesn't cause any problems or errors so where is it harmful and is there a way around it to use those advertisements without negative effects?

At worst having interstitial ads will seriously hack off real visitors and they'll never visit your site again.

Depending on how the links are done, search engines won't even know about the popup because they don't trigger JS which is the way most interstitials are done.

Giving an example of the code (or a URI) will get you a better answer, because right now I'm merely surmising how it's set up.

Shouldn't be a problem, to a SE they are just links with an affiliate id, something they see millions of every day.
One of my occasional write ups was on affiliate links
