You can submit it to free directory submission sites. You can find some directories at directorycritic.

you can submit to your social bookmarking site's and free directories, but don't waste your time to submit your site to SE's and it is just a waste of time!

im going to have to disagree with both statements here

Social bookmarking is not spam, its name by definition means to share your bookmarks. Social bookmarks still carry some weight, because they get reviewed by humans (voting systems) and therefore have a lesser chance of being classed as irrelevent.

Only a handful of major SB sites use the no follow tag, do a google search for "list of dofollow social bookmark sites"

as a mod i would be less flippent with the information i posted because people will take your word for truth the majority of the time.

I've used a program called IBP (internet business promoter) that helps you automating the submitting process to search engines and directories (not all, but many of them). It's not free but anyway you can try the demo, it worked for me
