What is terms? What does unique and linked mean actually?

My guess would be that they are mostly "bullcrap" SEO jargon that don't indicate anything.

Terms...
Maybe it's a count of the different words present in your page, with 331 being used only once and 25 that are in links.
If it's that, talk about crap information.
