i have 4 site's with pr3 and i never have any difficulties to get pr3 for any site but now what i just want to get pr 5 or 6 for one of my site (just like that not special reason behind this ) So what would be a Perfect Way to get pr 5 or 6 ?

In my point of views, best way to get relevant back link support for your site.
Also go for the one way back link support as much as you can get. Outbound links should be more relevant related to your theme. Its necessary to get PR 5 or above..

relevant back links ? but how ? Thats what i want to know Well i don't like To exchange links ... so i haven't any outbound links on my site yeah i have an extra site For free Directory Submission

try get backlinks from PR5 or PR6 site's, then continue to do proper link building!

how Much back links from these sites will help me ? And you mean from them home page or where they have pr 5 or 6 ?

And how can i find these kind of site's for free ? by the way i am asking about free Way's not paid

Buy banner space on other websites if you can get a good ROI.

Send articles to ezine publishers with a link back to your website.

Why aspire for a particular PR value?

What you need to get is quality traffic! People should concern themselves much more with SERPs than PR IMO.

But page rank is so important even more important than visitors. An the toolbar is so up to date i don't know why anyone wouldn't want it more than traffic.

Edit: And yeah i got pr5 For one of my site . do you remember My First Post about wordtemplates.org where i asked That google blocking my site ? oh my god i got pr5 For that site with out doing any hard work :O i got it pr is not important thing but it is a maybe just a goal for every webmaster . isn't it ?
